00:00Two people were injured in a fire in Santa Ana, Manila earlier this morning.

00:04Details on the first news live of Bam Alec.

00:13Ivan, the fire that happened here earlier this evening did not affect five houses.

00:22This is the intensity of the fire that broke out in the area of Barangay 818, Santa Ana, Manila earlier this morning.

00:27The fire was put out by three alarms, including to respond to the 12 fire trucks that were not put out.

00:33The fire was difficult to extinguish because the affected houses were far from the main road.

00:38The challenge is that it is located in the middle of the road, so our fire trucks and responders needed to dig deeper because as you can see, it is far from the main road.

00:53According to the initial assessment of the Bureau of Fire Protection, five houses were set on fire.

00:57It is still unknown how many families were affected by the fire.

01:00According to a resident, the fire spread quickly.

01:03All the residents' relatives, including RJ, were saved.

01:06I was still awake when they were shouting.

01:09When I looked at our rooftop, the fire was already spreading.

01:20So I woke up my parents and we called the barangay.

01:25No one was burned according to the BFP.

01:27But there were only two people who were injured.

01:38But our rescuers were well-attended by our EMS.
