China's Taiwan Affairs Office launched a dedicated email on March 26, asking people to report what it calls "Taiwanese separatist thugs and accomplices." In just a few hours, it received over 300 reports. Among the names reported was Taiwan's interior minister, Liu Shyh-fang. The new tip email was set up just a day after a Chinese influencer accused of promoting military unification with China was forced to leave Taiwan, a decision taken by the interior ministry.
