00:00Okay, pizza review time, we are at Pizza Amici in Chicago, this has become highly recommended,
00:25we were just visiting with the owner, they've had a couple other, Kentucky, Kim's Uncle,
00:33some fried chicken and pizza place, super nice, husband and wife and one other guy combo.
00:38We started doing pizza out of our apartment in 2018 and we were just kind of like doing
00:43it for fun.

00:45Me, my husband, Billy, and our friend Brad, it kind of like caught wind on Instagram and
00:51sort of went like locally viral and people started coming out, we ended up meeting partners
00:55that brought us down to Bridgeport, we opened pizza, fried chicken, ice cream down there,
00:58we were down there for probably like two years, did pizza at Mars Brewing for a little bit
01:02and then we moved from there out to Westmont to open Kim's Uncle Pizza, Billy and I wanted
01:07to come back to the city and do something and this was kind of like always the original
01:10idea that we wanted to do was like this concept and so, you know, it just took five years
01:16to get there but finally here now.
01:19It looks great, that looks great for the Chicago Tavern style.
01:26I love how thin it is and by the way, we ordered, I can already tell, undercarriage, spectacular.
01:35We ordered it an hour online, showed up, the restaurant inside, great vibes, great sit
01:41down vibes, it's pretty much all pizza, couple salads but they get slammed so they certainly
01:46don't need help with the review and there will be a long wait if you order the pizza
01:51online and they say 50-50 sit down pizza, let's go, one bite every, knows the rules,

02:19tavern scores ever, like Nick and Vito's which is 100 years old and some, where is that,

02:33I could eat this whole pizza in 14 seconds, like if I really was like, hey, I want to
02:42impress you, I could put this away in 14 seconds, I could, yeah, this is as good as you can
02:54get at this style of pizza, period, I'm going to go, I gave those others 8, right, 8.1,
03:12it's as good, for this, as good a style you could have, light, maybe slightly more crisp,
03:20light taste, easy 8.1, Pizza Michi, big score out of Chicago.
