00:11The magistrates of the first chamber of the Brazilian court analyzed the indictment against
00:15Bolsonaro and those implicated, which includes affiliation to a criminal organization, attempted
00:20coup d'etat, and abolition of the democratic rule of law.
00:23Sentences add up to 43 years in prison.
00:26The evidence includes telegram messages in which Bolsonaro instructed supporters and
00:30military personnel to reject the elections, as well as documents linking his close circle
00:35to plans to declare a state of emergency.
00:37The magistrates will also decide on the members of the so-called crucial group, which according
00:42to their prosecution included six military personnel and a police officer who were ministers
00:47or high-ranking members of the armed forces.
