00:00No one deserves to be ripped off in life. Let's cry today to Samuel.
00:25When you blanket hate speeches,
00:27in the end, those hate speeches go away and materialize in society.
00:32And that's why I think we can't allow even a little bit
00:35that those hate speeches are suddenly present on television,
00:39on social media, in our day to day.
00:41I think we have the right to live without fear.
00:45A life has been lost because there are people who are not able to understand
00:48that other people see life in another way.
00:50What the fuck are you saying?
00:52What the fuck are you saying?
00:53Hate. They have been killed for hate.
00:58Even if our rights are in the laws,
01:02that doesn't mean they are going to be fulfilled.
01:05We, we and we defend them from the streets.
01:27What the fuck are you saying?
01:29Hate. They have been killed for hate.
01:32Even if our rights are in the laws,
01:35that doesn't mean they are going to be fulfilled.

01:43What the fuck are you saying?
01:45Hate. They have been killed for hate.
01:49Even if our rights are in the laws,
01:52that doesn't mean they are going to be fulfilled.
01:55It is difficult to talk about homophobic crimes, especially at the level of the sentence that is applied, the aggravating hate crime.
02:02And why? For multiple factors. It is very difficult, it is a crime of the author.
02:06It has to be externalized for what it has done. In the case of Samuel, it seems that there have been homophobic screams.
02:12In many other cases, even if it is homophobic or stereophobic, there is no constancy or it cannot be demonstrated.
02:17There is no evidence. If there is a scream, let's see how that is proven.
02:26Homophobia
02:45Pride, because it is an essential tool to fight against discrimination and attacks by homophobia.
02:50There is discrimination in the work environment, in the family environment, in the educational environment, where harassment is still very present.
02:57In the sports environment, we have to fight against it.
03:00It is a way to claim ourselves and to be visible.
03:02A very good weapon that empowers, gives self-confidence to people in the FTB.
03:07It is pride, it is essential.
03:21In 2020, we have a record of 259 hate crimes for the GTJ.
03:25For now, we cannot compare it with the Ministry of the Interior, since their official data has not yet been released.
03:33Generally, we register much more than the Ministry, not only because we register more hate crimes, but also because people do not dare to go to the police.
