In two dueling town halls, Donald Trump and Joe Biden managed to clash at a distance...

00:00I knew it was a big threat. At the same time, I don't want to panic this country. I don't want
00:04to go out and say everybody's going to die. He said he didn't tell anybody because he was afraid
00:10Americans would panic. Americans don't panic. He panicked. He didn't say a word to anybody.
00:22Biden, when I put on the travel ban, you know, I put it on in January, the end of January.
00:26When I put on the travel ban, Joe Biden and and others said, this is ridiculous. You don't do
00:32that. I pointed out that I thought in February I did a piece for USA Today saying this is a
00:37serious problem. Trump denied it. As far as the mask is concerned, I'm good with masks. I'm OK
00:42with masks. I tell people wear masks. But just the other day, they came out with a statement
00:46that 85 percent of the people that wear masks catch it. And when a president doesn't wear a
00:52mask or makes fun of folks like me when I was wearing a mask for a long time, then, you know,
00:57people say, well, it mustn't be that important. The cure cannot be worse than the problem itself.
01:04We did the right thing. We were expected to lose 2,200,000 people and maybe more than that.
01:11We're at 210,000 people. One person is too much. It should have never happened because of China.
01:16It happened because of China. Remember what the president said to the governors? Well,
01:20they're on their own. It's not my responsibility. The governors can do what they need to do,
01:23not my responsibility. It is the presidential responsibility to lead. And he didn't do that.
01:29He didn't talk about what needed to be done because he kept worrying, in my view,
01:34about the stock market. Companies are pouring into our nation because of the tax rate.
01:39And if Biden comes in and raises taxes on everybody, including middle income taxes,
01:43which he wants to do, you will blow this thing and you'll end up with a depression
01:47the likes of which you've never had. That's what's going to happen.
01:51Moody's did analysis of my detailed analysis of my tax plan and my economic plan. They said,
01:59I will in four years, Moody's, Wall Street, said I will create 18.6 million new jobs,
02:06good paying jobs, number one. Number two, and I'll increase the GDP will grow by a trillion
02:12dollars more than what under Trump and seven million more jobs than under Trump.
02:17We've done more for the African-American community than any president, with the
02:22exception of Abraham Lincoln. Criminal justice reform, prison reform, historically black
02:29colleges and universities. I got them funded. They were on a year to year basis. They could
02:33have been put out of business as soon as our country had a little bad year. They would have
02:36said, I'm sorry, we're not going to fund you. I got him 10 year funding and financing and more
02:41than he even asked for. If young black women and men vote, you can determine the outcome of this
02:45election. Not a joke. You can do that. And the next question is, am I worthy of your vote? Can
02:51I earn your vote? And the answer is there's two things I think that I care and I've demonstrated
02:56I care about my whole career. One is in addition to dealing with a criminal justice system to make
03:02it fair and make it more decent. We have to be able to put black Americans in a position to be
03:06able to gain wealth, generate wealth. One of the things I'm going to do, George, is what is set up
03:13a national study group made up of cops, social workers, as well as made up of the black community
03:22and the Brown community to sit down in the White House and over the next year, come up with
03:28significant reforms that need to take place within communities. You have to bring them together.
