00:42On June 18th, he struggled to remember the name of his homeland security secretary.

00:54On June 27th, Biden performed poorly in his debate against Trump.

01:10Biden gave an animated speech the next day at a campaign rally, reassuring nervous donors.

01:18However, he continued to have lapses in memory in the following weeks

01:22and most notably called Ukraine President Zelensky Putin at the NATO summit on July 11th.
