00:50Crimes against humanity, crimes of aggression, genocide and war crimes, no interim release has been granted by the court for any of those accused of these crimes.

01:04So, from my point of view, there is zero probability that Sara Duterte or the Duterte camp could bring home Duterte by May 2025.

01:15The Center for International Law Philippines also believes that the ICC will not grant an interim release if the former President Duterte will return to the Philippines.

01:25Because the conditions for actually granting it are not clear.

01:30There are still serious security concerns for the victims, for the potential witnesses.

01:41Secondly, Mr. Duterte, as stated in the arrest warrant, is still a very influential man.

02:12Duterte should submit this before the confirmation of charges on September 23.
