00:37the fascist face that today the empire presently shows us
00:40can only be confronted with the organization of the internationalist popular struggle
00:45together with our repudiation.
00:47We call on the social and popular organizations
00:50to speak out in rejection of this fascist policy
00:52that today is expressed throughout the length and breadth of the imperial bloc.
