00:21So on what basis can you fairly compare the Canadian Conservatives to Trump-style Republican

00:27Well, first, the comparisons are quite easy.
00:31You look at the language, the language mirrors and the track record of language stretches
00:36back over years.
00:37It's not a recent phenomenon.
00:38So straight from the language, number one.
00:41Secondly, from the intention.
00:43So Elon Musk stands up and says, and the Trump administration eliminates foreign aid.
00:49Within a few days, Pierre Polyev flies in and out of Nunavut and says, I'm going to
00:56eliminate foreign aid.
00:57By the way, he doesn't talk to the Premier, doesn't talk to local indigenous leaders while
01:02he's there.
01:04Not our approach, obviously.
01:07So a series of words plus proposals, which are uncannily familiar with the proposals
01:16of the Trump administration.
01:17Very different from our approach.
01:20Very different from our approach, for example, to building a housing market, both offering
01:28much greater supply.
01:30Very different from our approach.
01:31I'll give you one last example because I know there's a long lineup of questions.
01:36Today we announced that we are going to expand dental care.
01:40Now the dental care program that was put in place several months ago now serves 1.8 million
01:47Canadians.
01:481.8 million Canadians have received dental care under this program.
01:52These are people who could not afford dental care previously.
01:56Pierre Polyev pretends they don't exist.
02:00We just expanded the potential pool by another four and a half million Canadians who also
02:05are in that situation.
02:06That is a very different approach to Canada.
02:09That's a Canada that brings Canadians together, protects all.
02:13That's the Canada we're offering.
