Baloo finds himself literally stuck to Don Karnage after an accident with a 55 gallon drum of glue. They race to return to get the glue removed, but have to dodge Rebecca and the other air pirates along the way.
Plot :-
The episode begins at Cape Suzette's cliffs, a strategic location with deployed cannons and a vigilant dog commander overseeing the defense. A wanted poster of Don Karnage looms behind him as he scans the skies and spots the menacing Iron Vulture approaching.
"Battle stations! Priority pirate alert!" the commander shouts, prompting the anti-air Artilleries to fire at the Iron Vulture. However, due to the Vulture's altitude, the artillery shells miss their mark and pose a danger to civilian buildings below.
Witnessing the failed attack, Mad Dog expresses concern, but Don Karnage remains confident, noting that they are safe at their current height. This leads to a humorous observation that the attackers are essentially bombing themselves.
Realizing the futility of their efforts, the commander reluctantly orders to hold fire, acknowledging Don Karnage's tactical victory without a single shot being fired, much to his frustration and dismay.
Don Karnage makes a theatrical entrance by suspending himself in a hot air balloon basket attached to a crane on the Iron Vulture. He plans to demand the city's surrender in a dramatic fashion. Despite Gibber’s suggestion to use a radio for practicality, Karnage refuses, preferring the grandiose approach.
This decision sparks anger when Gibber remarks on the craziness of the plan, infuriating Don Karnage who insists on not being called "crazy." However, when the crane lowers Karnage towards the city, Baloo accidentally hits the hot air balloon with his Sea Duck, prompting Karnage to retaliate.
Baloo checks for damage after the collision, and the pirates notice that Karnage's basket is now caught on the Sea Duck's tail. Seeing an opportunity, the appointed pirate leader, Dump Truck, orders his crew to attack Baloo and the Sea Duck.
Don Karnage managed to enter the Sea Duck by knocking on its door, and upon Baloo's opening of the door, Karnage brandished his rapier in a threatening manner. In an unexpected turn of events, a lightning bolt struck near the aircraft, causing it to roll and tilt, and both Baloo and Karnage slid towards the plane's tail door. Baloo clung to the plane's ramp while Karnage held onto Baloo's feet tightly. Karnage then climbed back onto the ramp by leveraging Baloo's body, attempting to strike Baloo with his sword during the chaos. "Say toodle-loo, Baloo," taunted Karnage, to which Baloo retorted, "Of course, now that I'm helpless hanging here, go ahead, you coward."
In a surprising moment of conscience, Karnage reached out and grabbed Baloo's hand, ultimately pulling him up into the Sea Duck, saving Baloo's life in the process.
