00:00The price of eggs in their family has increased based on the monitoring of the Department of Agriculture.

00:06From the prevailing price of 8 pesos, the price of each medium-sized egg is now reaching 9 pesos.

00:13According to the Philippine Egg Board Association, the high price is due to the increasing demand and high consumption.

00:20The farm gate price of eggs is up to 6 pesos and 80 centavos.
