00:00Manibela's three-day transport strike is expected to take place in 1000 jeeps and UV Express from different parts of the country.

00:09But before that, they already protested earlier.

00:17Manibela's group already tasted their three-day transport strike starting Monday in Pasig, Caloocan and Las Piñas.

00:26They protested against the incorrect number of jeeps of the driver and operator that were consolidated under the PUV Modernization Program or PUVMP.

00:36According to the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board or LTFRB, 80% of the consolidated jeeps are already consolidated.

00:44Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon clearly stated that only 40% of the consolidated units are approved.

00:52The 86% or 43% are denied the application and their papers were returned.

01:04They were not consolidated and most of all, they were just spent.

01:10Because of the incorrect number of jeeps, they asked the DOTR, which is in the 15th position, Chairman Joffrey Luguarez III and other LTFRB officials.
