00:00There is an investigation now on the latest incident of abandonment of babies in Davao City and Cotabato.

00:21Residents in Pigawayan, Cotabato were immediately shocked when they saw the baby girl.

00:27She was left behind by motorcyclists.

00:30In the CCTV, at 3 o'clock in the early morning, a man with a black box was seen and left in front of a store.

00:39Later, he immediately got out of the motorcycle and they quickly left.

00:44The owner of the store was even scared because it was thought to be a bomb.

00:48Until they heard crying.

00:51They immediately brought the baby girl to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office,

00:56who was supposed to arrive in 2 hours from the time she was born.
