00:00I remember what the investigator told us, that we should just file a case after the termination of President Duterte.

00:11That's what Shira Escudero said, what a police officer who was investigating the murder of her brother, Efraim Escudero, said.

00:19Efraim is one of the so-called collateral damage or who was involved in the drug war of the administration of former President Rodrigo Duterte.

02:31Shira called on President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to re-enroll the Philippines in the ICC.
