00:00A rope in Ecuador broke because of an overloading and cherry blossom season in Japan.

00:06They were released early this year.

00:08Joy Salamatin is in the center of the news.

00:12One was killed while two were missing after a rope broke in Ecuador.

00:18It happened in a rope that runs in the province of Guayas and other provinces in North Ecuador.

00:26Not only that, five people were injured while several cars fell into the river.

00:32According to the authorities, one of the reasons for the incident is overloading.

00:38Today, we take a very historic action that was 45 years in the making.

00:44In a few moments, I will sign an executive order to begin eliminating the Federal Department of Education once and for all.

00:53US President Donald Trump will now dissolve the Department of Education of America

00:59At the same time as the addition of an executive order,

01:02Trump decided that the focus of the students' education should be returned to the states.

01:09Under the law, each state will have the right to run the studies that are free from the influence of the federal government.

01:21In 1979, the Department of Education was established,

01:24which required the approval of the Congress before it could be closed.

01:29It was approved by several lawmakers, teachers, and parents.

01:36A few streets in Japan began to turn pink.

01:40Cherry blossoms began to bloom in a few streets in Japan.

01:44It was early to be seen in the districts of Nihonbashi and Ueno this year.

01:51Many locals and tourists began to take selfies with the cherry blossoms.
