00:29but you need a guy who can take the top off the defense.

01:08When you start getting those type of guys,
01:11that little thing about people wanting to play with him begins.

01:17press conferences, Zoom avails.
01:18We've done with a lot of these guys along the way.
01:20Will Harris' company talking about, you know,
01:22the culture and seeing the joy that those guys are playing with
01:25and all those different things, you know,
01:27that for years never existed here in Washington.

01:33I like the signing.
01:34I don't think folks should, you know,
01:36throw a parade for it or anything,
01:38but I think it helps, man.
01:41I think it helps with a team that needs a vertical threat.
01:46They needed a speed guy. This isn't an elite guy,
01:49but it's also not costing you elite money.
01:50But you're trying to build a team, man.
01:52You're going to have people at different levels
01:54that are going to bring something to that.
01:56You're not going to have all top-notch guys.
