00:19Issues they have experienced have included the funeral order of service booklet not being
00:23printed until two hours before the service and also the flowers being ordered for the
00:28incorrect date.
00:30Sharon says the stress caused to her family and herself is simply unacceptable.
00:35We have contacted Bradbury for a response but as yet they have not replied.
