00:00I'm in the Little Treasures Day Nursery in the Bellevue Centre and I'm with the
00:04nursery manager Maddy Purvis. I believe you've got a good Ofsted report, is that
00:09correct? We did, we absolutely smashed it. How did you do? We got good and it was an
00:14amazing day from start to finish. I came here a year and a half ago and the
00:20staff are fantastic, they've worked really really hard to get the grade we
00:24deserved. So where were you with Ofsted before they came to do this, what was
00:28your last report? Good. So you've been consistent all the way through? Yeah. Is
00:32that hard to maintain the consistency when you're working with youngsters? It is,
00:35it's really hard, but it's keeping the staff well trained and loads of
00:41training, loads of safeguarding and just good knowledge and we use the
00:46local authority for a lot of information and for courses and getting the girls to
00:50the standard they should be. What's been the highlight of the year then? Our
00:55Ofsted inspection.
