00:00This Tuesday, the official logo of the inaugural FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup

00:05will be unveiled here in the Philippines from November 21 to December 7.

00:09Here is my guess.

00:12As a mark of the formal launch of the inaugural Futsal Women's World Cup here in the country,

00:18the International Federation for Association Football or FIFA

00:23and the Philippine Football Federation or PFF this Tuesday in Makati City

00:28will be the official logo of the tournament that will be held from November 21 to December 7.

00:34The first to unveil the all-women's Futsal World Cup will be FIFA Director of Tournaments

00:41Jaime Yarza and PFF President John Gutierrez.

00:44At the PTV Sports' interview with Yarza,

00:47he explained what inspired the colors and shapes used in the official logo.

00:53It's been a very long cooperation between the Federation and FIFA.

00:58To make this brand and this logo happen.

01:02It was really a combination of cultural, color and street art of the Philippines

01:09together with the dynamism of Futsal, the five players, the speed, the vibrancy.

01:15So we wanted to really convey not only Futsal which was relatively easy to do

01:20but also a young, modern, vibrant, colorful country like the Philippines into the brand.

01:27Gutierrez hopes that the official logo will be unveiled

01:31to spread the news that the Philippines will be the home of the best Futsal players in the world.

01:40You may not believe it but this is the first time I've seen the logo.

01:44I'm very excited. I'm very happy how it turned out.

01:48But finally, the brand launch.

01:50Finally, we make the world know that Futsal is here in the Philippines.

01:58We're going to be hosting the FIFA Futsal World Cup for the world to see who the best women's Futsal players are.

02:07So yeah, I'm super psyched, very excited.

02:11And again, I'm hoping for everybody's support, especially the media support.

02:16Some of the members of the Philippine Women's National Futsal Team also participated in the brand launch

02:21including the veteran voter, Shai Del Campo.

02:24According to Del Campo, their excitement to play in the World Cup increased because of the new logo.

02:31I'm very excited. I'm really grateful that the World Cup is happening.

02:38And that's a good opportunity for everyone to see the sport and see how we're going to play.

02:46A total of 16 countries will participate in the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup.

02:54As the host country, the Philippines' place in the World Cup is already secured.

02:58But as a preparation, our country will participate in the AFC Women's Futsal Asian Cup in China

03:06which will be held from May 7 to 18.
