00:15Former Senator Laila Delima is ready to assist the ICC and give her testimony as a witness if the International Criminal Court calls her.

00:24This is what Senator Dino De Leon, an alumnus of The Hague Academy of International Law, and a human rights lawyer, said.

00:32According to Atty. De Leon, Delima has already testified in the ICC as a Commission on Human Rights Chairperson

00:39and as a former Senate Chairperson of the Committee on Justice when investigating the vast number of deaths under the previous administration.

00:49Atty. De Leon added that former Senator Laila Delima can also testify in The Hague if the ICC calls her.

00:57Senator Laila Delima will definitely testify in The Hague.

01:00There is hope that if the ICC calls her, Senator Laila Delima will be willing to be a witness in that process.

01:12Meanwhile, the lawyers are laughing at the former Executive Secretary Salvador Medeldea's earlier statement

01:19that a state kidnapping was committed by the former President.

01:23De Leon believes that Medeldea knows that there was no kidnapping

01:28and that the arrest was based on the ICC rules and process of the surrender of the Philippine government

01:34of an international fugitive wanted by the international community.

01:40The lawyers are laughing at the former President's earlier statement that even a jurisprudence that says kidnapping if there is a warrant of arrest

01:47will be believed in this case.

01:50If Salvador Medeldea is saying that it was a kidnapping,

01:53then the former Executive Secretary Salvador Medeldea is very brave to ride on the plane of the kidnappers.

02:01He knows that there is a kidnapping, so why did he join the kidnapping?

02:04So he knows that this is not a kidnapping, he knows that this is a process of arrest.
