00:00It's been a week since the former President Rodrigo Duterte was arrested by the International Criminal Court

00:07for the crimes against humanity.

00:10The former President is currently in the custody of the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands

00:15to deal with his criminal case in the war on drugs of his administration.

00:20But will the former President Rodrigo Duterte be able to return to the Philippines?
