00:00In the heat of the moment, the Department of Health or DOH assured that the public hospitals are ready for the time of hot meeting under the directive of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr.
00:16According to the Panayam na Radyo Pilipinas, DOH Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Albert Domingo, hospitals will not lose power despite the hot weather and drinking water stations will also be available for quick access to drinking water.
00:32Meanwhile, the Department of Health or DOH reminded us of the precautionary measures to be taken during this time of heat.
00:40According to the DOH, the body may suffer from excessive body heat, such as heat exhaustion and heat cramps.
00:50Because of this, the agency urged our countrymen not to go out between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. due to the heat of the day.
01:01Actually, we have instructions from President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. that was relayed to Secretary Ted Erbosa.
01:08The President said that the Secretary will do all Department of Health hospitals and the so-called new urgent care and ambulatory centers, the open centers.
01:20They are prepared. They will not lose power even if we hear alerts in the power system.
01:27Of course, they will lose power because all of them have generators. Don't worry countrymen, they have their own generators and water sources.
