00:00A young boy was surprised to find dead in a balloon in Maranggay, Basang in Butuan City.

00:06The suspect is the male neighbor of the victim.

00:09According to the police, the boy first joined the search operation.

00:13But he hid himself when the police found his T-shirt and pants near the balloon.

00:19He was arrested and confessed to the crime.

00:22According to the police, the suspect told them that he came from the bar where the victim's house is located.

00:28He entered the house and saw the 7-year-old boy sleeping with his brother.

00:33He punched the boy and brought him to his house and raped him there.
