A single sound-node controlling all map sounds using FSM:

splash (in/out)
underwater ambience loop (muffled bubbles)
gulping sound if underwater too long
gasping sound if surface while drowning
3D* out of water ambience loop (lapping lake)

(Bonus) fish animation (looped)

*3D sound: meaning the sound volume fades away as you get further from the sound-source and pans left/right depending on player position and direction/rotation.
