00:00Before the break, 60 families were burned in Parañaque City, and one of the flames was left unburned.

00:14Let's hear from Niko Wahe.

00:20It was past 4 in the afternoon when this resident was able to get a house on fire in Barangay BF Holmes, Parañaque City from the rooftop.

00:28A few moments later, this is what happened. The fire got bigger and spread.

00:33According to a resident, the fire started next to their house.

00:37She asked the owner of the house what happened.

00:40The fire started because of the rice. The rice was left unburned.

00:45We didn't notice it because the fire spread quickly because all the trees were burned.

00:52Until it reached our house.

00:54They immediately ran outside.

00:57All of my parents were injured. We were able to save ourselves somehow.

01:02This resident was the one who recorded the situation on the rooftop.

01:05She first saved the animals such as cats, dogs, and a few chickens.

01:09But there were some chickens that couldn't make it.

01:11The fire spread quickly.

01:13The fire got bigger.

01:14Then?

01:15People panicked.

01:16We are now on a rooftop in Masville, Barangay BF Holmes.

01:21You can see the house behind me.

01:24It was rained on by this big fire.

01:28It's already on the fourth alarm.

01:30The road here in Masville will be narrow.

01:33It will be an escalator.

01:34It will enter the houses here.

01:36The wind is strong.

01:38It's making it difficult for BFP and fire volunteers.

01:41This area here in Masville, there is no access here.

01:46One way in, one way out.

01:48According to BFP, more than 30 houses were affected by the fire.

01:5260 families were affected.

01:55The fire cost P375,000.

01:59No one was injured in the fire,

02:01except for a few minor injuries to the residents who helped in extinguishing the fire.

02:06They are still investigating the real cause of the fire.
