00:04I know Special Envoy Whitcoff said yesterday that Zelensky apologized in his letter to

00:06Can you share any more about that letter and what else might be interesting from it that
00:07we don't know?
00:08Yes.
00:09The President did reference that letter, as you're saying, in his joint address to Congress.
00:10And I do have an update.
00:11As you know, Secretary of State Rubio and our National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz,
00:12have been negotiating with the Ukrainians today in Saudi.
00:13They will be negotiating with the Ukrainians.
00:14They will be negotiating with the Saudis.
00:15They will be negotiating with the Saudis.
00:16They will be negotiating with the Saudis.
00:17They will be negotiating with the Saudis.
00:18They will be negotiating with the Saudis.
00:19and I do have an update.
00:21As you know, Secretary of State Rubio and our National Security Advisor, Mike Waltz,
00:25have been negotiating with the Ukrainians today in Saudi.
00:29They will be providing a full readout of that meeting very soon.
00:33But I can assure you and everybody here in the American people that the news we've received
00:38from that meeting throughout the day and the President has been briefed on is positive.
00:42This meeting has been productive.
00:44I will let Secretary of Rubio and our National Security – Secretary of State Rubio and
00:48our National Security Advisor speak to the specifics of what has taken place today when
00:53they are ready to do so when the meeting concludes.
