00:00In swimming, Rihanna Coleman is one of the best junior swimmers in the country and is expected to be one of the national teams.
00:12But this year, where will the 15-year-old swimmer go to get a medal and add to her decorated junior swimming career?
00:21Let's find out from our swimmate, Daryl Oclares.
00:25When it comes to rising stars in the field of swimming, it is impossible not to mention the name of the National Academy of Sports Tanker, Rihanna Coleman.
00:36At the age of 15, Coleman's medal did not count in the local and international competitions.
00:44In fact, Coleman won five golds and a silver medal at the Asia Open Schools Invitational Aquatics Championship 2025 held in Bangkok, Thailand in February.
00:58At the opening of PDV Sports in Coleman, she organized several swimming events that she is preparing this year.
01:14I'm training as much as I possibly can in a day, two to three times a day if I can, and I'm doing my best to also manage school and to have as much rest as needed.
01:24Now that she is about to finish her junior high school, Coleman also shared her plan to continue her studies and improve her swimming skills.
01:35Actually, I'm planning, I think grade 11, to move to the States and go to Texas where Michael Phelps Coach is.
01:44At a young age, her dream to achieve her swimming career is already clear.
01:50My ultimate goal is to become a gold medalist in the Olympics and to even qualify if possible if I can't make the medal.
