A former boxing champion, Musa Abdraim, 52, displayed incredible courage by intervening in an incident at Almaty Airport in Kazakhstan.
The situation unfolded when a 67-year-old man, armed with a knife, took a 21-year-old woman hostage, threatening to detonate a bomb. Without hesitation, Abdraim offered to take the victim’s place and, in a heroic act, managed to disarm and immobilize the attacker with his bare hands.
The suspect was arrested by authorities and could face up to 12 years in prison. Meanwhile, Musa Abdraim will be honored with a state medal for his bravery. 👏
