00:00Because Russell Henley, I mean, you notice, Smiley, you're out there. I mean, he's had a lot of
00:04opportunities. He's had a lot of weekends where he's been in the top five, been in the top ten.
00:09There's been chances to break through and get his first win in a couple of years. And you know what
00:14I was noticing yesterday was, and I've been right there with Morikawa a lot, Smiley. I've played him
00:20a lot in the last year. A lot of seconds, a lot of close calls. It felt to me like Colin was just,
00:27he was playing the course the right way. He was keeping it steady. He wasn't taking any big
00:32chances. Russell was. And then it just kind of caught up to Colin at the end in those last three
00:38holes where the chances for Henley caught Morikawa, who really wasn't playing it very, you know, he
00:44was playing it safe kind of all day. Yeah, it probably started right at the beginning of the
00:48back nine, making bogey at ten. That was a hole in which he definitely wanted to make a par better.
00:52And then there were some opportunities at 11, 12, 13, which maybe Colin could have extended his
00:58lead because the wind was supposed to be blowing on Sunday and we hardly got none of it. I was out
01:03there. It was hot. Wind wasn't blowing. I kind of felt like Morikawa was going to have an opportunity
01:08to attack some hole locations. Yes, it was firm. Yes, it was fast. But still the way he was hitting
01:13the golf ball, I felt like there was a chance, especially since nobody felt like they wanted to
01:18win the golf tournament other than Morikawa for it felt like three quarters of the day that he
01:23could have had an opportunity to maybe stretch that lead out to three, four or five to where,
01:28you know, a fluke thing like what happened at 16 with Russell Henley chipping in and flip the
01:33tournament on its back doesn't happen. So it's definitely going to be frustrating for Colin.
01:39He was, I think, the best player of the tournament last week. And sometimes you
01:44could play the best and not win the tournament. He's had that a lot last year. You know,
01:49he felt that way like a memorial. And there's been a couple of spots for Colin where it felt
01:53like he was the best player and just hasn't gotten a great job by Michael Kim, too, by the way,
01:57who's been playing excellent golf and watch for him maybe this week to be involved in the players
02:02because when you're a hot golfer, anything can happen. Smiley, as we know.
