00:00Welcome back to Bazm-e-Ulema, and you know that in Bazm-e-Ulema, not only is it the country
00:29of Pakistan, but also of the world of Islam, we have with us some of the best scholars.
00:36And today, Alhamdulillah, we have with us our beloved Mufti Muhammad Sohail Azamzadeh Sahib,
00:41Mufti Ahsan Nabi Niazi Sahib, and these two scholars are also present as guests.
00:46And two guests have joined us today.
00:49The first personality is that in a state like the United States of America, in such cities,
00:55in almost all states, you are doing the work of propagating the religion.
00:59Your style is also very different.
01:01People become familiar with you very quickly, because the wonder of your personality is
01:05that you can see the character that you have, because your morals are very high.
01:11And then the style of conversation, like honey dripping from someone's mouth, that is your style.
01:17Allah has given you a lot of wisdom and awareness.
01:21In America, MashaAllah, you are spreading the message of Allah and His Messenger to every corner.
01:25Hazrat Qibla Allama Maulana Mufti Syed Irshad Hussain Sahib Ashrafi,
01:29Damat Barkat Malaliya, Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
01:32Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
01:34Thank you very much.
01:36And with us are our other guests.
01:38These days, you see on RYQ TV digital media that they also tell the solution to your problems.
01:43They also give you the best tips.
01:45And InshaAllah, you will see some proper programs in the future.
01:49In order to maintain your health,
01:51our Dr. Ghalib Agha Sahib will be the best and most effective way.
01:57He is a herbalist.
01:59And he will treat you with herbal medicines.
02:02Agha Sahib, Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
02:04Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
02:05Thank you very much for coming.
02:06JazakAllah.
02:07From me, Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamjani Sahib,
02:09and Mufti Hassan Naveed Niazi Sahib,
02:11you both are very welcome.
02:12JazakAllah, you have honored us.
02:14Today's topic is interest.
02:17InshaAllah, we will talk to all three scholars about interest.
02:21And InshaAllah, we will talk to Agha Sahib about diabetes.
02:25I will start with Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamjani Sahib.
02:28Mufti Sahib, please say something about the extent of interest in Quran and Hadith.
02:47When we did the program on trade, we said that
02:54all the regimes that came against this system of Islam,
03:00whether it was socialism or capitalism,
03:05all of them were possessed.
03:08In capitalism, there was so much freedom that
03:14it was thought that man has been left without a weapon.
03:18The way he does business,
03:20takes someone's property,
03:22takes someone's property,
03:24gambles,
03:26the way he trades interest,
03:28there is no significance for that.
03:30The system that Islam has given us,
03:32it is a moderate system.
03:34It has not taken everything,
03:37nor has it given unlimited power.
03:41It has given power to the extent that
03:43you are the owner,
03:45but you have to understand that
03:47this is Allah's entrusted property,
03:50and you have to spend according to His will.
03:53That is why interest is such a pandemic
03:57that is taking the society in its own hands.
04:01It is a calamity
04:03that is taking the society in its own hands.
04:07The benefit of a personality is that
04:09he sits and earns,
04:11sits and establishes his capital,
04:15sits and makes the poor more poor,
04:19and establishes his rule.
04:22But Islam does not like this.
04:25Islam does not like personal interest.
04:29Islam teaches us that
04:31social benefits are in the hands of the Ummah.
04:35Social benefits are in the hands of the Ummah
04:37so that interest is not taken at all.
04:40Allah says in the Holy Qur'an
04:48that the one who takes interest
04:51on the Day of Resurrection
04:53will be in the presence of Allah
04:55as if a jinn touched you
04:59and made you feel the love of Allah.
05:01So the one who takes interest,
05:03the one who eats interest,
05:05the one who feeds interest,
05:07on the Day of Resurrection
05:08will be in the presence of Allah
05:10as if a jinn touched you
05:12and made you feel the love of Allah.
05:14The Messenger of Allah says
05:16that a scene was shown to me at night
05:19that there is a river
05:21and there is a person in it
05:23and there is a person on the bank of the river.
05:25That person comes out of the river
05:27and he hits a stone.
05:29He goes back to his place.
05:31The Messenger of Allah says
05:33that I asked who is he?
05:35He said that he is the one who eats interest
05:37on the Day of Resurrection.
05:39I saw on the Day of Resurrection
05:41that there are such people
05:43who have big stomachs
05:45and there are snakes inside them.
05:47The outsiders can see them.
05:49I asked who is he?
05:51He said that he is the one
05:53who eats interest on the Day of Resurrection.
05:55The Messenger of Allah says
05:57that if you do not give up
05:59the interest on the Day of Resurrection,
06:01then remember that
06:03this is an open war
06:05with Allah.
06:07Allahu Akbar!
06:09And who wins a war with Allah?
06:11Who has the courage?
06:13Mufti Ahsan Naveed Niyazi,
06:15please explain to us
06:17the definition of interest
06:19in the light of the Quran and Hadith.
06:21In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
06:23The definition of interest
06:25is that
06:27every conditional increase
06:29which is not conditional
06:31and which is conditional
06:33and which is additional
06:35is called interest.
06:37It is called interest.
06:39Basically, it has two types.
06:41One is Riba-l-Fadl
06:43and the other is Riba-l-Nasiyah.
06:45Riba-l-Fadl means
06:47the interest in which there is a shortage
06:49and Riba-l-Nasiyah means
06:51The Hadith of Ubadah bin Samit
06:53is very famous.
06:55The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
06:57said
07:11The Prophet counted these six things.
07:13Gold for gold,
07:15silver for silver, wheat for wheat,
07:17barley for barley, dates for dates,
07:19and gold for gold.
07:21When these six things are being exchanged,
07:23the Prophet said,
07:25be equal.
07:27And when these types are different,
07:29then you can do as you wish
07:31unless there is a loan.
07:33Now, in this Hadith,
07:35by telling six things,
07:37it was told as an example
07:39that these six things
07:41do not have a shortage
07:43and do not have a loan.
07:45Now, when the scholars of Islam
07:47found out that
07:49Riba-l-Nasiyah is
07:51Qadr-Maal-Jins
07:53that is,
07:55when the Jins of two things
07:57are one and the Qadr is one,
07:59Qadr means
08:01Kail or Wazan.
08:03That thing is Maqili,
08:05it is sold by measuring
08:07or by weighing.
08:09So, if the Jins are one and the Qadr is one,
08:11then in this case,
08:13there is a shortage,
08:15and there is a difference.
08:17So, in this case,
08:19the shortage is fine,
08:21but the loan is not permissible.
08:23And if the Jins and the Qadr
08:25are separate,
08:27then in this case,
08:29the shortage is also correct
08:31and the loan is also correct.
08:33So, the shortage is called
08:35Riba-l-Fadl.
08:37And the loan is called
08:39Riba-l-Nasiyah.
08:41So, Riba-l-Nasiyah is also
08:43called Riba-l-Nasiyah
08:45and Riba-l-Fadl is also called
08:47Riba-l-Hadith.
08:49Because the prohibition of Riba-l-Fadl
08:51is proven from the Hadith,
08:53so it is called Riba-l-Hadith.
08:55And the prohibition of Riba-l-Nasiyah
08:57is proven from the Quran,
08:59so it is also called
09:01Riba-l-Quran.
09:03And in the Hadith,
09:05every loan that draws interest
09:07is interest.
09:09Every loan in which interest
09:11is there, it is also forbidden.
09:13It is forbidden in its light.
09:15You have talked about conditional profit
09:17and conditional profit.
09:19Dear viewers, we will talk more about
09:21the social and economic
09:23disadvantages of interest.
09:25Inshallah, Huzoor, Qibla Mufti
09:27Irshad Hussain Ashrafi
09:29will ask you this question
09:31after this break.
09:33Welcome back, dear viewers.
09:35I would like to say one more thing
09:37before moving to the question of
09:39interest. I know many families
09:41personally. I have seen
09:43how they got caught in the love
09:45of Allah and His Messenger.
09:47And how they got a
09:49beautiful mix of
09:51this world and the hereafter
09:53after meeting Huzoor.
09:55Mufti Muhammad Irshad Hussain
09:57Ashrafi is with us.
09:59Huzoor, today we are talking
10:01about interest.
10:03Please shed some light on
10:05its economic and social
10:07disadvantages.
10:37Zakat has nothing to do with non-Muslims.
10:39Hajj has nothing to do with non-Muslims.
10:41All worship
10:43is only applicable to you
10:45by reciting the Kalima.
10:47But
10:49the commandments
10:51given by Allah
10:53are not only
10:55for Muslims.
10:57In fact, they are for
10:59the whole humanity.
11:01Whether you recite the Kalima or not,
11:03you will only recite it when you pray.
11:05But the commandments
11:07that can change
11:09the whole humanity
11:11and make it a beautiful paradise
11:13are three.
11:15One is interest.
11:17One is alcohol.
11:19And one is gambling.
11:21These are the three things
11:23that have nothing to do with Muslims.
11:25They are for the whole humanity.
11:27This is the purpose of Khudal-e-Nas.
11:29These are the three commandments
11:31that Muslims have to
11:33follow.
11:35There is no room for them.
11:37But even if you don't believe
11:39in the humanity
11:41and want to make the world beautiful,
11:43if you follow these three commandments,
11:45then within 50 years,
11:47injustice and oppression
11:49will be eradicated from the whole world.
11:51And poverty
11:53will be eradicated.
11:55Like in the time of Umar bin Abdul Aziz,
11:57poverty was eradicated.
11:59These are the three commandments
12:01that are of a fundamental nature
12:03and to take humanity
12:05forward, it is necessary to follow them
12:07whether you believe in them or not.
12:09That is why you will be surprised
12:11that the non-traditional system
12:13is becoming more acceptable
12:15in non-Muslim countries.
12:17And non-Muslim people
12:19are working on it
12:21that it is sustainable.
12:23There is no fluctuation in it.
12:25There is no gambling in it.
12:27It will seem like
12:29there is some loss
12:31but interest
12:33is such a great humiliation
12:35for humanity.
12:37It is a disgusting stain.
12:39People think it is beneficial
12:41but how will it be beneficial
12:43in the non-traditional system?
12:45Both of them are scholars.
12:47I don't have the courage to
12:49talk about it.
12:51They have written
12:53such wonderful references.
12:55But interest,
12:57how can we do it?
12:59You took our money and
13:01returned it to us after 5 years.
13:03This is a loss for us.
13:05There is a solution to this
13:07in the system.
13:09You can give me
13:11one tola of gold
13:13and I will return you
13:15one tola of gold.
13:17There is no loss.
13:19There is no interest.
13:21There is no loss.
13:23I took one tola from you
13:25and returned it to you.
13:27The system is there.
13:29There is no alternate in Islam.
13:31The world will keep on
13:33eating until
13:35these three things are
13:37given by God for humans.
13:39Not for Muslims.
13:41For humans,
13:43leave alcohol,
13:45gamble and interest.
13:47You gave a global message
13:49that not only Muslims
13:51but all humanity
13:53should come out.
13:55You came out.
13:57May God bless you.
13:59Mr. Ghalib Agha is with us.
14:01Dr. Ghalib Agha is a
14:03well-known herbalist.
14:05Our people are
14:07coming to herbal
14:09medications very fast.
14:11Our other
14:13allopathic medicines
14:15are not leaving us.
14:17There is no effect
14:19after eating.
14:21Your medicines are
14:23having an effect.
14:25Please tell us about
14:27diabetes patients.
14:29How can it be
14:31controlled
14:33in a short duration?
14:35First of all,
14:37diabetes is not only
14:39a disease but also
14:41weakens different organs.
14:43Eyes, kidneys
14:45and nerves
14:47are affected.
14:49Due to which many
14:51things are getting ruined.
14:53You talked about allopathic medicines.
14:55Our patients are also
14:57at fault.
14:59We are taking the medicines
15:01prescribed by a doctor
15:03for 2 years.
15:05We don't get it tested
15:07or consult a doctor.
15:09We don't inform them
15:11about our problems.
15:13As you said,
15:15those medicines are not
15:17as effective as they should be.
15:19Secondly,
15:21regarding diabetes,
15:23there is a misconception
15:25that insulin is
15:27very dangerous.
15:29Insulin is the
15:31safest medicine.
15:33You should take insulin
15:35carefully.
15:37If you have eaten bajra roti,
15:39your sugar and insulin
15:41will be different.
15:43If you have eaten besan roti,
15:45you will have diabetes.
15:47If you have eaten wheat roti,
15:49you will have diabetes.
15:51These days,
15:53people do not eat
15:55chapati and rice.
15:57If you have
15:59100 gms of chapati,
16:01you will have only 2 gms of sugar.
16:03If you have 100 gms of rice,
16:05you will have only 0.1 gms of sugar.
16:07Therefore,
16:09your sugar level
16:11will be 0.1.
16:13In our diet, there is gram sugar, there is no sugar content more than this.
16:17Can you believe?
16:18We are in misconceptions.
16:20It is most important to be consistent in physical activity.
16:25If I talk about 3-4 changes, like we were talking about pre-diabetic in the previous segment.
16:31Pre-diabetic is definitely present and it has an element that we can improve by improving our physical activity.
16:383 things.
16:39Bring Kalonji oil in your diet.
16:41Bring Jamun vinegar.
16:43And I will tell you an excellent remedy, which can be taken by every diabetic patient.
16:48It is a blessing for pre-diabetic.
16:50It can be used again in the pancreas.
16:534 things.
16:54Brahmi Booti, Gurmar Booti, Kalonji and Methi Dana.
17:00Make a powder of these 4 things.
17:031 spoon in the morning and 1 spoon at night.
17:05It is a blessing for diabetic patients.
17:08Great.
17:09You are also a blessing that you are providing a solution.
17:13Yes.
17:14Yes, MashaAllah.
17:15May Allah keep you safe.
17:17You are benefiting the whole generation.
17:20You are a great person.
17:21I salute you.
17:23I, Mufti Muhammad Suheil Azamzori, again come to you.
17:26Regarding the purchase and sale of gold and silver, the Prophet also said.
17:31The Prophet also said.
17:33But explain to us the rules of it.
17:36How will it be sold?
17:38How will it be purchased?
17:40The thing is that the hadith that has been recited.
17:43In that, the Prophet has counted 6 things.
17:49Gold, silver, wheat, barley, dates, dates and salt.
17:56Because at that time gold and silver were being sold instead of gold.
18:05Silver was being sold instead of silver.
18:08Wheat was being sold instead of wheat.
18:10Dates were being sold instead of dates.
18:11Salt was being sold instead of salt.
18:13In that, it used to be that giving to each other was unjust.
18:19I say that I have good gold.
18:22You don't have good quality.
18:24So, I am giving you.
18:26But because you don't have good quality.
18:28So, give me more.
18:30It used to be like this.
18:32So, this thing leads to interest.
18:35It leads to injustice.
18:37So, I have told you before.
18:39Islam doesn't just stop injustice.
18:43It doesn't just stop fighting.
18:46It doesn't just stop sin.
18:49The path that is being taken towards it.
18:52Islam puts a door on it.
18:54It blocks it.
18:56It doesn't let you go there.
18:58I will continue after the break.
19:00If you want to call us and ask questions.
19:05We have a regular segment with Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamzani.
19:08Your problems and their solution.
19:10So, call us for Fiqh and Shariah questions.
19:12Call us during the break and ask questions.
19:14I will meet you after the break.
19:16Welcome back.
19:18After the break, we will have a segment with Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azamzani.
19:26He will answer your questions.
19:28If you want to ask Fiqh questions through a live telephone call.
19:31You can do the segment during the break.
19:34Mufti sahab, you will give gold and silver.
19:37This thing is called Riban Naseeah.
19:39There is a deficiency in these things.
19:42This thing leads us towards interest.
19:45This is why the Prophet of Allah has forbidden it in Hadith Pak.
19:50There is gold, silver, salt, dates and wheat.
19:59Two people are trading with each other.
20:02One thing is better.
20:04The quality is different.
20:06The other has a lower quality.
20:08There can be an injustice in that.
20:11But there can be no interest.
20:13I will finish while reading a Hadith Pak.
20:16The Prophet of Allah has said.
20:18According to the Day of Judgement, there will be people.
20:24Even if they don't want to, interest will reach them.
20:29Who are they?
20:31They will be people of my Ummah.
20:33Even if the interest doesn't reach them.
20:35The interest rates will reach them.
20:37This is a big corruption.
20:41It is invisible.
20:43We won't even know.
20:45May Allah protect us all.
20:48Ameen.
20:50This is very interesting.
20:52Alarming.
20:54Alarming situation.
20:56May Allah grant us every precaution to avoid interest.
21:00Sir, I have a question for you.
21:02The interest has been obtained from the interest business.
21:06Tell us from both perspectives.
21:08First, what is the Quran saying about the interest?
21:10Second, the one who has done it.
21:12The one who has repented.
21:14The interest business should not be done.
21:16We should be afraid of its promise.
21:18In the Quran, there is only one crime.
21:22Allah and His Messenger.
21:25Allah and His Messenger.
21:27If you don't leave interest, listen.
21:29Allah and His Messenger.
21:31In the whole Quran, this is only for one crime.
21:34It is interest.
21:36Allah and His Messenger.
21:38It is in the Hadith.
21:40It is in the Hadith.
21:42In the Quran, it is only for interest.
21:44It is such a serious crime.
21:46We should be afraid of its promise.
21:48We should not do the interest business at all.
21:50If someone is doing it,
21:52he should immediately repent.
21:54He should wind up and leave it.
21:56If someone has obtained a profit,
21:59what is the command of that profit?
22:01If someone has obtained it,
22:03what is the command of that profit?
22:05He should give it without the intention of reward.
22:09He should spend it on those who are decent.
22:13He should not do the intention of reward.
22:15He should not do the intention of reward.
22:17That is why it is said that it is Haram.
22:19It is not permissible to do the intention of Sadqa
22:21or the intention of reward with Haram.
22:23In some cases, it leads to Kufr.
22:25He should not do the intention of reward.
22:27But will he get reward or not?
22:29Because he is using the method of getting rid of Haram.
22:31He is doing it on the command of Allah.
22:33He is doing it on the command of Rasool Allah.
22:35So, he will get the reward of getting rid of Haram.
22:37He will definitely get it.
22:39We have very little time left.
22:41I would like to ask one more question
22:43to Hazrat Sahab and Hazrat.
22:45It is said that the compound interest
22:47is Haram.
22:49What is the reality of it?
22:55It is a natural phenomenon
22:57that Satanism
22:59always tries to
23:01go against Rahmaniyat.
23:03And the form has changed.
23:05And it creates such superstitions.
23:07No, do it this way, do it that way.
23:09Compound interest is Haram in every form.
23:11Whether it is less or more.
23:13Whether it is commercial or non-commercial.
23:19Now,
23:21to look for a way in that
23:23is the proof of Kajji
23:25and the proof of Satanism.
23:27Absolutely right.
23:29Very good.
23:31Mr. Agha, I would like to ask you.
23:33Doctor, please tell me quickly
23:35that there is a big reward from Allah
23:37in the month of Ramadan.
23:39A person can take care of his diet
23:41and health very well.
23:43Please give us the best advice.
23:45What should be taken in Sahar
23:47and what should be taken in Iftaar?
23:49Three things.
23:51Dates are important.
23:53I would like to give the best advice
23:55that you should take a healthy diet.
23:57And also use dates.
23:59I would like to make a small request.
24:01No worries.
24:03I always request the people
24:05who apply insulin
24:07that they should not apply it on the stomach.
24:09They should apply it here, here and on the legs.
24:11The people who apply it on the stomach
24:13because there is a lot of fat here.
24:15Usually, insulin is not absorbed properly.
24:17When it is absorbed,
24:19some people have less sugar
24:21and some people have more.
24:23If you apply it on the legs,
24:25comparatively, the effect of insulin
24:27will be better and faster.
24:29Secondly,
24:31a lot of people are worried
24:33that they do not fast
24:35because the sugar level is going down.
24:37So, I have a small request.
24:39In Sahar,
24:41whatever is your sugar dosage,
24:43whether it is herbal,
24:45allopathy or insulin,
24:47reduce it a little.
24:49Otherwise,
24:51This is the last minute.
24:53I would like to take a message from Hazrat.
24:55People from all over the world
24:57are watching you.
24:59What message would you like to give
25:01in this last minute?
25:03The situation is very alarming
25:05and very worrisome.
25:07Globally.
25:09We are at the brink of war
25:11and injustice has spread.
25:13The more power there is,
25:15the more injustice is being shown.
25:17This is a trend that should be avoided
25:19by the Muslims,
25:21by the people,
25:23by the rulers,
25:25and by the leaders.
25:27Whoever is in a position
25:29to follow his orders,
25:31should act with justice
25:33and justice.
25:35So that this world
25:37becomes a haven of peace
25:39according to the will of Allah
25:41and His Messenger.
25:43Great.
25:47We will take a break.
25:49You can call us live.
25:51You can ask questions during the break.
25:53Mufti Muhammad Soleil Ahmadi will answer your questions.
25:55We will come back after the break.
