00:00The spirit of Makkah, Medina makes a man a human being
00:13The glory of Ramadan
00:23The glory of Ramadan is the light of the hearts of believers
00:27Welcome back dear viewers, I am here with the best Ulema of Pakistan
00:33Mufti Muhammad Suhail Raza Amjaddi, Mufti Ahsan Naveed Niazi, Prof. Dr. Atif Aslam Rao
00:39I welcome all three of you.
00:41Even though you are fasting, you have a smile on your face.
00:45What a great thing our Ulema have.
00:47There is a hidden wisdom behind this smile.
00:51The biggest wisdom is that you are here.
00:53When I see you, I get a smile on my face.
00:55You are always on the set.
00:57You are always shining.
00:59This is a compliment.
01:01May Allah keep you all safe.
01:03We also get a chance to learn from you.
01:07We are learning something new every day.
01:09Thanks to Allah.
01:11The demand for knowledge is increasing.
01:13Because we are lucky to have a gathering of Ulema.
01:15Viewers, are you lucky?
01:17How many Ulema of Pakistan are with you?
01:19Those who are bringing you closer to religion every day.
01:23Those who bring us on the right path.
01:25Those who tell us what we were doing wrong.
01:27We have to correct it.
01:29Today we will talk about trade.
01:31A person wrote on social media.
01:35He said that Satan gives all his responsibilities to the shopkeepers for 30 days.
01:45And for the third day, he gets all the benefits.
01:49He said this out of curiosity.
01:51But somewhere, Mufti sahib,
01:53This is the implementation and execution.
01:55This action.
01:57Anyway, we have a lot of trouble.
01:59Mufti sahib, let's start with the superiority and importance of trade.
02:01So that we can talk about the negative and positive.
02:05In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
02:07O Allah, bless our master and master.
02:11Muhammad and his family and companions.
02:15And bless and salute.
02:17Yes, Salman bhai.
02:19This trade.
02:21Its importance and superiority are two things.
02:23As far as its importance is concerned.
02:27After coming into the world.
02:29This recklessness.
02:31This trade.
02:33Without this, the world's system does not work.
02:35Absolutely.
02:37Now you will say.
02:39Where you are working.
02:41In the office where you are working.
02:43He is also doing business somewhere.
02:45Absolutely.
02:47He is also doing business somewhere.
02:49In the world, there are many systems equal to Islam.
02:53And many systems have become obsolete.
02:57For example, we see.
02:59One system.
03:01Which is called the capital system.
03:03And one system is called the social system.
03:05Which is from socialism.
03:07Absolutely.
03:09In the social system.
03:11For example.
03:13Anyone living in a country.
03:15Where there is a system.
03:17He does not become the owner of anything.
03:19Right.
03:21Everything is taken by the government.
03:23And so to understand.
03:25There is also coercion on the citizens.
03:27There is also tyranny.
03:29Right.
03:31Let's come to the capital system.
03:33The country in which this system is implemented.
03:35For example.
03:37There is a limitless freedom.
03:39Right.
03:41That is, there is ownership.
03:43There is limitless freedom.
03:45No matter how he earns.
03:47It is his will.
03:49Just do not go against the law of that country.
03:51Whatever is left to do.
03:53He wants to earn through coercion.
03:55Earn.
03:57There is no tyranny.
03:59But which system did Islam present?
04:01This is one verse.
04:03Surah Nisa Ayat no. 29.
04:05What did he say?
04:07O you who have believed!
04:09Do not eat each other's wealth.
04:11By falsehood.
04:13Allah is the greatest.
04:15What kind of concept of trade did he present?
04:17O you who have faith!
04:19Do not eat each other's wealth.
04:21By falsehood.
04:23By falsehood.
04:25All the forbidden things have come.
04:27They have already left.
04:29There is gambling.
04:31There is stealing.
04:33All these things have come by falsehood.
04:35How can you earn?
04:37How can you eat?
04:39You can do it.
04:41You can do it.
04:43You can do it.
04:45You can do it.
04:47With mutual understanding.
04:49You can do it.
04:51You can do it.
04:53You can do it.
04:55You can do it.
04:57It is necessary.
04:59You can do it.
05:01It is necessary.
05:03It is necessary.
05:05It is necessary.
05:07It is necessary.
05:09It is necessary.
05:11It is necessary.
05:13It is necessary.
05:15It is necessary.
05:17It is necessary.
05:19It is necessary.
05:21It is necessary.
05:23It is necessary.
05:25It is necessary.
05:27It is necessary.
05:29It is necessary.
05:31It is necessary.
05:33It is necessary.
05:35It is necessary.
05:37It is necessary.
05:39It is necessary.
05:41It is necessary.
05:43It is necessary.
05:45It is necessary.
05:47It is necessary.
05:49It is necessary.
05:51It is necessary.
05:53It is necessary.
05:55It is necessary.
05:57It is necessary.
05:59It is necessary.
06:01It is necessary.
06:03It is necessary.
06:05It is necessary.
06:07It is necessary.
06:09It is necessary.
06:11It is necessary.
06:13It is necessary.
06:15It is necessary.
06:17It is necessary.
06:19It is necessary.
06:21It is necessary.
06:23It is necessary.
06:25It is necessary.
06:27It is necessary.
06:29It is necessary.
06:31It is necessary.
06:33It is necessary.
06:35It is necessary.
06:37It is necessary.
06:39It is necessary.
06:41It is necessary.
06:43It is necessary.
06:45It is necessary.
06:47It is necessary.
06:49It is necessary.
06:51It is necessary.
06:53It is necessary.
06:55It is necessary.
06:57It is necessary.
06:59It is necessary.
07:01It is necessary.
07:03It is necessary.
07:05It is necessary.
07:07It is necessary.
07:09It is necessary.
07:11It is necessary.
07:13It is necessary.
07:15It is necessary.
07:17It is necessary.
07:19The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
07:23The best thing you eat
07:25is what you earn with your own hands.
07:29The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
07:31Whatever you want to use,
07:33earn it yourself and use it.
07:35Instead of being dependent on others,
07:37earn it yourself.
07:39Whether it is business, employment,
07:41agriculture or industry,
07:43whichever way you choose,
07:45that is the way to earn money.
07:47The best way to earn money
07:49is what you eat.
07:51That is the best way to earn money.
07:53In the Holy Quran,
07:55in Surah Al-Jummah,
07:57today is the day of Jummah.
07:59Allah, the Almighty, said,
08:07When the prayer is completed,
08:09the prayer of Jummah,
08:11then spread out in the earth
08:13and seek Allah's grace.
08:15Here, what does grace mean?
08:17The commentators have
08:19explained it properly.
08:21Here, grace means rizq.
08:23That is, after the prayer is completed,
08:25when you are done with the prayer,
08:27then spread out in the earth
08:29and seek Allah's grace.
08:31That is, try to earn rizq.
08:33After the prayer,
08:35what is the next command?
08:37Seek rizq.
08:39And how is it interpreted?
08:41By Allah's grace.
08:43This is also Allah's grace.
08:45The meaning of wealth
08:47has a special context.
08:49So, things should not be seen
08:51out of context.
08:53The meaning of wealth is
08:55that a person should leave worship,
08:57forget the hereafter,
08:59forget Allah,
09:01fail in the rights of Allah
09:03and the rights of His servants,
09:05and keep on saying
09:07wealth, wealth, wealth,
09:09wealth, wealth, wealth,
09:11This is the subject.
09:13This is the subject.
09:15This has been condemned.
09:17The religion has also condemned it.
09:19We also condemn it.
09:21Otherwise, in the context,
09:23the important earning
09:25has been considered important.
09:35Allahu Akbar.
09:37What a thing!
09:39Stay connected with us.
09:41Today we will learn a lot
09:43about the Islamic point of view.
09:45After this break.
10:09Is there any benefit in this?
10:11In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:13the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:15the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:17the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:19the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:21the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:23the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:25the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:27the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:29the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:31the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:33the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:35the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:37the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:39the most Merciful, the most Compassionate,
10:41the most Merciful, the most Compassionate.
11:07The one who goes towards Haram,
11:09his relationship with Allah is broken.
11:11The Prophet, peace be upon him,
11:13has stated this through different examples.
11:15The Prophet, peace be upon him,
11:17says that there is a person
11:19who has dirty hair,
11:21his clothes are dirty,
11:23and in a desolate place,
11:25in the presence of Allah,
11:27he is saying, O Allah, O Allah, O Allah.
11:29It should be known that
11:31such a person who is in such a test,
11:33in such a trial,
11:35if he asks from Allah,
11:37may Allah bless him.
11:39The Prophet, peace be upon him,
11:41says that he calls out to Allah,
11:43but his call is rejected
11:45by Allah,
11:47because his eating is Haram,
11:49his drinking is Haram,
11:51his wearing is Haram.
11:53And in the second Hadith,
11:55the Prophet, peace be upon him,
11:57said that the one whose body
11:59is raised on Haram,
12:01for him, the abode is Hell.
12:03He earns Halal,
12:05uses Halal resources,
12:07Allah gives him goodness,
12:09blessings,
12:11and grace,
12:13because in the Holy Qur'an,
12:15Allah has interpreted
12:17Halal as grace
12:19and goodness.
12:21The Prophet, peace be upon him,
12:23has mentioned the
12:25losses of Haram.
12:27Whether it is through business
12:29or employment.
12:31If we look at our society,
12:33we see that people do not
12:35fulfill their responsibilities
12:37even in the holy month of Ramadan.
12:39If we go to some institutions,
12:41we find empty offices there.
12:43In the same way,
12:45if we look at commercial matters,
12:47adulteration increases,
12:49people are selling junk,
12:51swearing, lying,
12:53Islam has disliked all of this.
12:55Therefore, for the completion
12:57of one's faith, for the attainment
12:59of one's faith, one should
13:01strive for the abode of Halal.
13:29The free Muslims
13:31consider themselves free.
13:33They say,
13:35the non-Muslim is drinking alcohol,
13:37eating pork,
13:39gambling,
13:41cheating,
13:43everything is permissible for him,
13:45nothing is permissible for us.
13:47I will explain this in a very simple way.
13:49Look,
13:51you and your wife
13:53took the child somewhere.
13:55The child is standing there
13:57and the child is
13:59going to a dangerous place.
14:01The child does not know.
14:03So, you or your wife
14:05will sit quietly.
14:07The child will scream,
14:09let me go.
14:11In the same way,
14:13the child is standing
14:15right next to the pot.
14:17The parents will remove him from there.
14:19He does not know.
14:21He will say, I have to go.
14:23The parents will remove him from there.
14:25If something in the family
14:27is harmful for the child,
14:29and the child likes it,
14:31the doctors have forbidden it,
14:33will the parents give him
14:35even though the child likes it?
14:37Never.
14:39Why?
14:41Why is he crying?
14:43Why is he not giving him even though he is crying?
14:45Because he is a child,
14:47he does not know what is better for him or not.
14:49But the parents know.
14:51And the parents love him so much
14:53that they will not let him go to the wrong thing.
14:55They will not let him eat the wrong food.
14:57That's why
14:59there are some people who are
15:01only called humans.
15:03They are not Muslims.
15:05They do not believe in Allah.
15:07So, their matter is something else.
15:09They do whatever they want.
15:11There will be an account in the hereafter.
15:13But my Lord loves Muslims so much
15:15that the thing
15:17for eating,
15:19for its existence,
15:21if it is harmful,
15:23then my Lord already forbids
15:25not to go near it.
15:27It is harmful for you.
15:29It is harmful for your health.
15:31It is harmful for your existence.
15:33It is harmful for your life.
15:35Similarly,
15:37whatever is harmful in the society,
15:39whether it is
15:41in the form of unlawful things,
15:43whether it is in the form of gambling,
15:45whether it is in the form of theft,
15:47whether it is in the form of bribery,
15:49whether it is in the form of deceit,
15:51whether it is in the form of stealing other people's money,
15:53whatever form it is,
15:55where there is a loss of society,
15:57Allah has already forbidden it.
15:59Remember,
16:01one is loss.
16:03He has forbidden it.
16:05One is fight. He has forbidden it.
16:07But the thing that is going to harm,
16:09the way that is going to fight,
16:11my Lord
16:13and my beloved
16:15has stopped it there.
16:17It does not go to fight.
16:19It does not go to loss.
16:21That is why the free Muslims
16:23they think that
16:25we have been bound.
16:27But the believers
16:29who know what Shariah is,
16:31they get up
16:33and thank Allah
16:35that we are your servants,
16:37you are our Lord.
16:39We believe in you, we believe in your Prophet.
16:41We are grateful to you
16:43that you have forbidden
16:45us from the beginning.
16:47Subhan Allah.
16:49I would like to know
16:51the benefits of the
16:53trade policies
16:55given by Islam.
16:57Islam is such
16:59a religion
17:01that it is a religion of peace.
17:03All the principles of Islam
17:05are principles of peace.
17:07The Islamic policy,
17:09the Islamic principles,
17:11the Islamic etiquette,
17:13the directions are all such
17:15that are based on peace.
17:17In which every group has
17:19benefit, the society has benefit.
17:21It benefits the individual
17:23and the society as a whole.
17:25The society should benefit from it
17:27and no one should be harmed.
17:29These are the Islamic principles and etiquette.
17:31This is why a term is used
17:33in Islamic trade,
17:35Mufti ilan Niza.
17:37Mufti ilan Niza means
17:39that thing which leads to
17:41conflict.
17:43Islam has forbidden
17:45everything, every agreement,
17:47every condition,
17:49every condition
17:51that leads to conflict.
17:53This is called Mufti ilan Niza.
17:55If that principle is
17:57followed, if that theme is followed,
17:59then the society will become
18:01a place of peace and harmony
18:03and every group will benefit.
18:05Islam forbids cheating.
18:07You should not cheat.
18:09When Prophet Muhammad
18:11passed by a pot,
18:13when he put his hand in it,
18:15he felt a sweat.
18:17He asked him,
18:19what is this pot?
18:21He said, it was raining.
18:23He said, why didn't you
18:25put it on top?
18:29Why didn't you put it on top
18:31so that people could see?
18:33The one who cheats
18:35is not from me.
18:37The one who cheats
18:39is not from me.
18:41He explained the principle
18:43that you should not
18:45cheat in business.
18:47Cheating is that thing
18:49about which it is said
18:51that it is not permissible
18:53to cheat a non-believer.
18:55There is only one occasion
18:57where cheating is allowed
18:59and that is the occasion
19:01of war.
19:03War is a game.
19:05The strategy is organized.
19:07You show and you kill.
19:09You cannot cheat
19:11a non-believer.
19:13A Muslim is a Muslim.
19:15In business, you should
19:17avoid cheating.
19:19You should avoid treachery.
19:21It is a shameful thing.
19:23You should not show
19:25that you showed something
19:27and when it comes,
19:29it is something.
19:31You are not taking anything back.
19:33There are three things.
19:35Interest, gambling
19:37and uncertainty.
19:39These are the three things
19:41on the basis of which
19:43an agreement becomes wrong,
19:45forbidden, false or corrupt.
19:47Allah removes interest
19:49and increases charity.
19:51Allah removes interest
19:53and increases charity.
19:55The thinking should be correct.
19:57When a person does something
19:59for the sake of Allah
20:01Allah also gives blessings.
20:03There is a break here.
20:05You can join us
20:07through live telephone calls.
20:09You can ask questions.
20:11We will answer your questions.
20:13You can call during the break
20:15and ask questions.
20:17We will answer your questions
20:19after the break.
20:21Welcome back.
20:23This is the segment of
20:25Naimat Iftar in Buzz.
20:27Mufti Muhammad Sohail Azamzani,
20:29Dr. Atif Aslam Rao
20:31is with us today.
20:33Dr. Sohail Azamzani,
20:35tell us,
20:37will the Islamic system
20:39be effective
20:41and helpful
20:43in the digital system
20:45or not?
20:47The Islamic financial system
20:49or the Islamic system of trade
20:51is based on Wahi
20:53which is why it is perfect.
20:55When we look at its principles
20:57other people
20:59who do not believe in Islam
21:01also believe that
21:03in the subcontinent
21:05when the Muslims
21:07came here
21:09Islam spread here because of them.
21:11Later on,
21:13the saints of Allah
21:15gave guidance.
21:17I would like to add
21:19the example of Allama Iqbal
21:21who was respected
21:23in the time of Islam.
21:25Honesty, morality,
21:27not to swear,
21:29not to lie,
21:31not to go against promises,
21:33all these things
21:35are taught in the modern world
21:37in the name of business ethics.
21:39In different universities,
21:41business ethics
21:43are taught.
21:45In reality,
21:47the Islamic ethics
21:49that Islam has taught
21:51have been adopted.
21:53Business ethics
21:55are taught.
21:57All these principles are explained
21:59because they contain goodness and blessings.
22:01The system given by Prophet Muhammad
22:03was taught by the companions
22:05through their actions.
22:07Later on, the righteous people
22:09followed it.
22:11People were inspired by it.
22:13People were drawn to it.
22:15People who did business
22:17were asked to do it with Muslims.
22:19In the name of Islam.
22:21All these things will be seen there.
22:23But unfortunately,
22:25we see a lot of change in the situation.
22:27We see in our society
22:29that sometimes people
22:31are chosen
22:33who are following
22:35the principles
22:37in business
22:39that Islam has given
22:41even if they are not Muslims.
22:43We see it in different countries.
22:45You also have an exposure.
22:47You were mentioning
22:49that you see
22:51business ethics there.
22:53But sometimes,
22:55in our society,
22:57it is lost.
22:59So, it is necessary
23:01to mention these topics again and again.
23:03Seminars, workshops, conferences
23:05should be held for people.
23:07Traders should be told
23:09how to increase their wealth.
23:11If they follow the Islamic principles,
23:13it will never decrease.
23:15It will increase.
23:17So, the principles of Islam
23:19will benefit the world and the hereafter.
23:21It is like that.
23:23All these manners
23:25can be implemented
23:27in any kind of trading.
23:29You will see blessings
23:31and an internal satisfaction.
23:33No, I am not doing anything wrong.
23:35Because Islam has stopped people
23:37from doing anything wrong.
23:39In the beginning, when the Prophet
23:41read the verse,
23:43when he said Bil Batil,
23:45someone asked him,
23:47what is Ism-e-Azam?
23:49He replied,
23:51O man!
23:53When the lawful provision
23:55will enter your body,
23:57the name of Allah will become
23:59Ism-e-Azam for you.

30:41Nowadays, many people say
30:43that there is no Tarawih.
30:45This is true.
30:47Prophet Muhammad
30:49had performed it for three days.
30:51After that,
30:53he left his community
30:55for this reason.
30:57But the Companions
30:59used to perform it.
31:01They formed a community.
31:03That time has passed
31:05for centuries.
31:07Muslims have a tradition
31:09that Tarawih is performed.
31:11This is a correct Hadith.
31:13It is Sunnat-e-Muqaddah
31:15for every individual.
31:17Jamaat is Sunnat-e-Muqaddah
31:19for everyone.
31:21A sister asked a question.
31:23I forget a lot while reciting
31:25Salat-e-Tasbeeh.
31:27Can I count with the
31:29beads on my forehead?
31:31No, you cannot.
31:33There is an easy way
31:35to count.
31:37You can press one finger
31:39and count.
31:41Or you can press
31:43two fingers and count.
31:45This is an easy way.
31:47Allah forgives
31:49those who repent.
31:51Allah forgives
31:53those who repent
31:55with a pure heart.
31:57Allah forgives.
31:59Allah forgives.
32:01Allah forgives all sins.
