Crash results in delays of more than 60 minutes on M6 between Preston and Lancaster

The collision occurred on the southbound carriageway between junctions 33 and 32 at around 3.40pm today.

Lanes 2 and 3 were closed following the incident and emergency services worked at the scene.

Lane 3 was also closed on the northbound carriageway.
