00:22But, Your Honor, if you went to a restaurant,
00:24had a positive experience,
00:25and left a five-star rating,
00:26and then said to the restaurant,
00:28now I want you to get me on Oprah,
00:30I want you to get me on a TED Talk,
00:31and said, I'm sorry, that's out of scope,
00:33that's not in your fee,
00:34and then they lash back out,
00:35and give a one-star review,
00:36I think that's why we're all here, Your Honor.

00:40That's not why we're all here,
00:41because you can't prove that.
00:42I have e-mails.
00:43That you tried to get herself on Oprah.
00:44I have e-mails.
