00:00A man was caught stealing from a cellphone outside a KTV bar in Quezon City.

00:05The suspect was also arrested after a few hours.

00:13This man was just sitting outside a KTV bar in Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City

00:18at 2 p.m. yesterday.

00:21He was talked to by three men who were also there.

00:25Later, he took out his cellphone.

00:28This man in long sleeves moved to the back of the car

00:32and seemed to scream before he sat down.

00:35The man with the cellphone stood up,

00:38took out his cellphone and rode the motorcycle.

00:42The man in long sleeves followed and jumped on the motorcycle

00:46when he suddenly put his cellphone in the man's pocket.

00:50There are many groups, not just those who are in CCTV.

00:54There are many of them, different ages.

01:06The man went to the barangay to complain.
