00:00The Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center warns the public not to deceive the experts who are trying to change the outcome of the election for the greater good.
00:13According to CIC's Executive Director, Alexander Ramos, it is difficult to hack the automated election system that will be used in the 2025 midterm elections because the system is too complex.
00:26Ramos explained that there are three independent systems, the AES, to ensure its security and it will not move when it is programmed.
00:36Even its transmission is not easy to block because it has a designed time where it needs to connect to the virtual private network.
00:47Encrypted files also need to go through seven layers of security checks.
00:53CICC is urging the public to report to their hotline 1326 immediately to the individual, candidate or group that is trying to change the outcome of the election.
