In this video, I'll show how to fix Tale of Immortal not launching.
The reason for this problem is that the language settings of the computer are having an incompatibility with Tale of Immortal. To fix it, it's very simple. We simply have to allow the computer to use Unicode UTF-8 for world language support. Follow the steps.
1. Press WINDOWS key
2. Type "Region"
3. Go to "Language"
4. Click in "Administrative language settings"
5. In "Languages for non-Unicode programs", click "Change system locale"
6. Check "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for world language support"
7. Restart the computer
