Ellen Pompeo Shares the Best Thing About 'Grey's Anatomy'

Ellen Pompeo is sharing the pros of being on the hit show 'Grey's Anatomy.' In this week's PEOPLE cover story, the actress opens up about her 20 year legacy on the show. "The best thing is the financial security, if I'm being very honest," she says. "It's been really lucrative and I think financial security is not something that every actress is afforded, so I'm very grateful for that."
