Budget Session : छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा (Chhattisgarh Assembly) के बजट सत्र के दूसरे दिन 25 फरवरी को रायपुर में मुख्यमंत्री विष्णु देव साय ने देश के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। मुख्यमंत्री साय ने सदन में कहा कि मेरा सौभाग्य था कि सांसद रहते हुए मैंने डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह से बहुत कुछ सीखा। राज्यसभा में उनके कार्यकाल की समाप्ति पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी (PM Narendra Modi) ने उनके लिए जो बातें कही, वो आज भी स्मरणीय है। डॉ. सिंह ने व्हीलचेयर में बैठकर भी एक बिल पर मतदान किया था, यह इसका उदाहरण है कि एक सांसद अपने दायित्वों के प्रति कितना सजग है, वे लोकतंत्र को ताकत देने सदन में पहुंचे थे। सीएम साय ने कहा कि हमारे प्रदेश की बहुत सुंदर स्मृतियां डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह (Dr Manmohan Singh) के साथ जुड़ी हैं। उनका जीवन हम सभी के लिए सदैव प्रेरक रहेगा।
