00:00Yeah, the recent experience has been very good. The local health centre is excellent
00:04and we get a really good service. So, no, it's very good. Thank you.
00:07I used to work as a midwife. My brother's a GP. So, I'm not working at the moment, but
00:12I'm aware of a lot of challenges within the NHS and a lot of my colleagues and friends
00:16that I work with are just really struggling. Lots of phrases like, it's on its knees, and
00:21I just feel really sad about that because I was very passionate when I worked for the
00:24NHS.
00:25In my own experience, I was able to see a GP when I needed to, which lots of people
00:30say they can't. And so, I'm really grateful for that and had amazing care from a receptionist
00:34who is incredibly kind. And I think often we don't shout enough about the people who
00:38are working really hard at the coalface.
00:40Two hips replaced. Both went very, very well. So, they're very happy with the NHS. On the
00:46spending side, not sure about some of the middle management costs. So, it seems a lot
00:51of money spent in that area that could maybe need looking at. But nurses and doctors and
00:57operations, 100% brilliant, yeah.
