00:14know, you have to call at eight o'clock in the morning. And quite often, you've got 200
00:21people before you and but they can you got an appointment, it's already too late.
00:26I've had some very good experiences with the NHS over the years. And I think they do a
00:30wonderful job. So I actually wrote a review on my experience with NHS recently, after
00:41having a phone call with my doctor saying how wonderful she is. Whenever I'm seen by
00:51my GP, or I'm referred to an NHS, it's total professionalism.
