President Donald Trump questioned Tuesday why the U.S. is giving money to help increase voter turnout in India.  Trump appeared to be reading a list of causes the U.S. gives money to when he paused to comment on India.  "Why are we giving $21 million to India? They got a lot of money," he told journalists in Palm Beach, Florida.  Trump also touted his relationship with India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi, days after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Washington.
