00:17Atom, the fire is now under control in a house here in Soler Street, Santa Cruz, Manila.
00:25At 7.33 p.m., the BFP received a call that a commercial building in Soler Street and Florentino-Torre Street was on fire.
00:36According to their witnesses, the tenants in the adjacent condominium building were the first to notice the thick smoke
00:43until they saw fire in the house.
00:46Firefighters responded quickly and it only took a few minutes for the first alarm to go off.
00:53At 7.59 p.m., the BFP raised the second alarm.
00:58We saw several firefighters go up to the second floor of the establishment to reach the focal point of the fire.
