00:08And the president, along with 15 business owners, private sector partners,

00:12had thousands up for grabs when the Bagong Pilipinas Job Fair hit the Magata City earlier today.

00:21President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. provided thousands of job opportunities

00:27during his visit to the Magata City Negros Oriental.

00:30As part of the Bagong Pilipinas para sa 4P's Job Fair,

00:343,000 job openings were offered to current and graduating beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

00:42The initiative aims to help them secure stable employment and a reliable source of income

00:47after receiving government support.

00:50Fifteen employers and companies in partnership with the Labor Department

00:54participated in the Job Fair, opening doors to various career opportunities.

00:59Alongside this, the Department of Social Welfare and Development

01:02distributed P3,000 in financial aid to individuals facing crisis, disasters, or emergencies

01:10under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations Program.

01:14The event also featured Kadiwa ng Pangulo stores offering affordable goods,

01:19including Bigas 29 rice to help ease the cost of living for Filipino families.

01:25President Marquez Jr. highlighted that consolidating these programs into a one-stop-shop

01:30ensures government services reach those who need them most,

01:34making it easier for families to access essential support.

01:37He reaffirmed these initiatives reflect Bagong Pilipinas' commitment

01:41to uplifting the lives of Filipinos and securing a better future for the nation.
