00:03Farmland near Bolsover is being earmarked as the site for 47 new homes in an application
00:09submitted to planning chiefs. Mr and Mrs Beveridge of IHC Architecture Limited have applied to
00:15Bolsover District Council for outline permission to build the energy efficient properties off
00:20Shuttlewood Road in Shuttlewood. 78 homes were constructed following council approval in 2019
00:26at Michaelwood Way which borders the northern part of the proposed new site.
00:31The farmland where the applicants want to build the houses is not within a conservation area
00:36and the design and access statement says that the new properties would be highly insulated
00:41with efficient heating systems. Coffee bar entrepreneurs are growing their brand by
00:48launching a new branch in Chesterfield. Michael Walker and Christian O'Connell will open Host
00:54Coffee on Chatsworth Road in premises formerly occupied by Caffeinelli. This will be their second
00:59coffee bar and has been inspired by the success of their business in Claycross. Michael said
01:05it's an exciting time, we're coming up to four years in Claycross and that's been really
01:09successful. We thought it was a good time to expand and Chatsworth Road is a great location,
01:14it's the place to be. We've taken on five or six new members of staff to expand the team.
01:20Renovations are currently underway at the Chatsworth Road premises
01:23ahead of Coast Coffee opening in late March.
