02:53We've had tremendous success in Miami.
02:55We have Trump Towers and Sunny Isles Beach.
02:59It's four beautiful buildings right on the ocean.

03:09Trump Grande and the 700-acre Doral.
03:13It's a tremendous country club,
03:16and it's actually the most successful country club
03:18in the U.S., where I was just given approval
03:21to build 1,500 units,
03:23and I couldn't care less about building units
03:25when your president, who the hell wants to build units?
03:28I've been building units all my life.
03:31I don't want to build units,
03:32but they gave us permission to do it.
03:34But today is a tremendous honor.
03:38I've become the first American president
03:40to address the Future Investment Initiative Institute.
03:43That's the first one.
03:44That's very good. It's always nice.
