02:36Yes, viewers, to discuss our topic this time,
02:39PTKI is ready to welcome the festive season of 2025.
02:42We have been connected via Zoom with Mrs. Anne Purba.
02:45She is the Vice President of Public Relations of PTKI Persero.
02:49Hello Mrs. Anne, how are you?
02:51Yes, I'm fine, thank you.
02:53Thank you for taking the time.
02:55And before we discuss further, how is the latest update from PTKI
02:59in welcoming the festive season this year?
03:02There are train lines, traffic signals systems,
03:05and also communication channels.
03:08Yes, so at the moment we are already serving the purchase of holiday tickets
03:14from H-10 and until today, up to H-2.
03:20And what is sold at the moment are regular trains,
03:23while for additional trains, we will launch around 20th or 21st.
03:30Because at the moment, we continue to prepare the suggestions,
03:35including coordination with the government, such as the DGKA,
03:39and also several agencies for the completion of additional trains,
03:43in addition to the free ticket facilities prepared by the government
03:49and the agencies that use the train.
03:51So, to the public, later we will deliver several additional services
03:58and cooperate with several agencies to prepare free tickets prepared by PTKI.
04:05Okay.
04:06Yes.
04:07Okay, now let's talk about the components that are crucial
04:11if we look at the inspection process or inspections carried out by PTKI,
04:15which part is it?
04:17Yes, so we as the safety train transportation operator are the main ones.
04:23So before this Eid, we do the tram check.
04:27This tram check also works with the regulator to ensure the facilities
04:31and minimum service standards in all station services.
04:35Secondly, on the 25th until the 27th,
04:40there will be an inspection train.
04:43This inspection train will run either from the north or south
04:47through all stations cooperating with the DGKA, KNKP.
04:52Then we also coordinate with our work areas in the area
04:57so that this inspection train ensures areas of crisis
05:01such as those affected by extreme weather.
05:05We do a joint inspection at the location to ensure safety
05:09because there are additional trains that will be run.
05:13Then we also conduct a safety induction to all our frontline workers
05:20so that we can still make anticipations for services,
05:25especially those that prioritize safety.
05:27And we also mark depots or areas
05:34for storing supplies that are prepared to anticipate delays,
05:41disruptions, and others.
05:42So we are always ready 24 hours,
05:47whether it's supplies or services,
05:49to serve our customers during Eid.
05:53After that, we will usually also coordinate with parties
05:59such as the DGKA, PEM, and others
06:03regarding additional or projection of our passenger volumes
06:09to certain areas.
06:11Okay, it looks like there are quite a lot of preparations
06:13that have been done to welcome the Eid al-Fitr season.
06:17Is there a difference in preparation and implementation
06:20of Eid al-Fitr this year compared to last year?
06:23Yes, so if we say that this Eid is actually
06:27like our big task every year.
06:30Even though it's routine, we always prepare new things.
06:34There was no face recognition before,
06:36now there is face recognition.
06:38Last year there was face recognition,
06:40this year we added face recognition services.
06:43Then there is a free water station that we will prepare.
06:48There are even some engagement or loyalty programs
06:52to our passengers during Eid al-Fitr
06:56that we are preparing.
06:58Later, they will also be able to fast during the fasting period
07:03and others.
07:04Well, things like these services
07:06that we need to anticipate
07:08so that their worship is not disturbed
07:11even though they are fasting.
07:13Then there are additional services,
07:16like later there will be several events
07:18at several of our stations.
07:20So, additional services that we prepare
07:24so that all of our customers can enjoy Eid al-Fitr.
07:29Well, the most important thing is that in 2025,
07:34we are also together with our business partners,
07:38like Commuter, because at the moment
07:40they can serve up to 1.2 million passengers per day
07:44and our disability passengers are also increasing.
07:47We are also launching special disability cards
07:50so that they can be facilitated to get services
07:53at the station or on the train.
07:56Okay, that's it.
07:57If we look at it, it looks like the distribution routes
08:00for long-distance passengers have also been prepared
08:03through the Commuter trains earlier.
08:05So, if we talk about the number of trains
08:08that PTKI has prepared
08:10to face this year's Eid al-Fitr,
08:13how many will there be?
08:15Is it the same as last year or more, ma'am?
08:19Yes, the projection will increase by 3-5%
08:22related to the number of trains and the areas,
08:26this is what we are preparing
08:28so that later on the 20th or 21st of February
08:33we can publish it to the public.
08:37But there are definitely three types of trains
08:40that we will add,
08:43those are commercial trains for all classes,
08:46from economic to executive,
08:48there are also PSO or subsidy trains
08:51and there are also local trains
08:53that we predict will be in the city center,
08:56a city center that is not far away,
08:58an agglomeration of 3-4 hours.
09:01So, we predict that it will also increase
09:04like in Central Java, from Jogja, Solo, Semarang,
09:08then Malang to Surabaya.
09:11We will continue to investigate
09:13so that our local trains can also be added
09:17to facilitate the mobilization of the community in the short term.
09:20So, until now, we will add three trains,
09:24we will publish the number on the 20th or 21st.
09:29Okay, so how many tickets will be offered
09:32and when can the community start ordering train tickets
09:35for Eid al-Fitr?
09:37We will discuss in the next segment, ma'am.
09:39And Pamirsa, make sure you are still with us.
09:58Thank you for joining us in Market Review, Pamirsa.
10:01We will continue our discussion with Mrs. Anna Purbe,
10:04she is the Vice President of Public Relations of PTKI Persero.
10:08Okay, Mrs. Anna.
10:09If we talk about the number of tickets,
10:12if there will be an increase in the number of trains
10:16during Eid al-Fitr,
10:18will the number of tickets also increase
10:20or how can the community order the tickets?
10:25Yes, currently, what we are ready to sell
10:29are regular tickets.
10:31This is more than 2.5 million seats for long-distance trains.
10:36And we have served through our official application
10:40and website,
10:42so that it is made easier,
10:44you can buy tickets anywhere,
10:46you don't have to queue at the train station.
10:48So, we urge the community,
10:51right now, we see an issue related to embezzlement
10:55and others, don't believe it.
10:57Because right now, this train
11:00has created a system that can detect
11:03issues related to ticket embezzlement.
11:08Because one name is one train,
11:10and it has been registered in Face Recognition,
11:13so that when you do Face Recognition,
11:15you will definitely know
11:17whether the ticket is on our name or not.
11:21Then we also limit one booking code,
11:24it can be for how many names,
11:26we also limit it.
11:28So, with the high interest of the community
11:30using this train,
11:32in the holiday season,
11:34so that the preparations for this ticket
11:38are far from the day we prepare.
11:40So we take it step by step,
11:42after the regular stop is complete,
11:44we will update the additional trains,
11:47so that later the community
11:49who have not yet been able to get a regular ticket,
11:52hopefully can get additional tickets.
11:54Okay, from the enthusiasm of the community
11:56using the train in the holiday season this year,
11:59will the projection be higher
12:02as you remember,
12:03in the last few years,
12:05many people are actually satisfied
12:07with the services, conditions,
12:09safety and security they have
12:11when using the train.
12:13Yes, our prediction is still
12:17up by 3-5%
12:19to use this train.
12:22Indeed, this is very influenced
12:24how long we are on vacation during the holidays.
12:27But we also see that school children
12:30are also influenced by the peak.
12:33But our prediction,
12:35the peak is at H-2,
12:37H-1 is indeed the days
12:41where our passengers will be the highest
12:45at H-2 and H-1.
12:48But later, if there are certain policies,
12:52this is very influential.
12:54However, at the moment,
12:55we do predict the increase
12:58at 3-5% from the previous year.
13:01And we also continue to coordinate
13:04with other student programs
13:08so that we can prepare
13:10the facilities and facilities.
13:13So, our prediction is up by about 3-5%.
13:17But the peak is very big,
13:19millions.
13:20So, this needs to be prepared well.
13:24Yes, let's talk about the purchase mechanism
13:26of the train ticket itself.
13:28This time, are there more online applications
13:31or are there still offline ones?
13:33Yes, for this train ticket,
13:37there are almost none that I show.
13:41Because usually the tickets will run out.
13:44Except for the return.
13:46I mean, like H-Lebaran,
13:49it must be sent to Java.
13:52Central Java, East Java.
13:54But if it's from Central Java or East Java to Jakarta,
13:58for example, it is still very possible
14:01to get a ticket.
14:03But for the past 5-10 years,
14:06we have built this online ticketing.
14:08We see that the graphics using this application
14:12are getting more and more.
14:13Even if it's 100% online every day,
14:17the tickets have run out.
14:19So, for our regular tickets,
14:21the last day's peak was at H-2 and H-1.
14:25The regular tickets have run out
14:28because they were bought online by the public.
14:31So, this makes it easier to access.
14:34So, they don't have to queue at the station
14:36to get a train ticket.
14:38Okay, Buwana.
14:39This is quite interesting and sensitive
14:42when we talk about the ticket price
14:44for Budi Kelebaran this time.
14:46Is there an increase?
14:48And how big is the increase?
14:50Or how stable is the price?
14:52In the past 5 years,
14:54the train price has never increased.
14:57Because we are also regulated by the law.
14:59And this year,
15:00there is no increase in the price of train tickets
15:02because we are limited to make low-end tickets.
15:06And the upper limit is very determined by the regulator.
15:10Okay.
15:11So, this is what we call
15:13that even if it's limited,
15:15this is the price variation.
15:17If it's subsidized,
15:20it's still below IDR 150,000 in Surabaya.
15:24Wow.
15:25So, it depends.
15:27We choose to take the subsidized train.
15:30There are also commercial trains.
15:32There are also executive trains.
15:34There are a lot of them now.
15:36There are luxury, compartment, panoramic.
15:39And later there will be some trains
15:41like Java Priority that we run
15:43like in Nataru.
15:44People already feel vacation on the train.
15:46There are a lot of offers.
15:48So, these are the things we do
15:51to increase the service
15:52so that this community can be served
15:55in all classes at a very variety price.
15:58Okay.
15:59And on average,
16:00from this type of train,
16:01everything is sold out.
16:02If we look at it from a few years ago,
16:04if there is a subsidized train,
16:06a commercial economy,
16:07then there is also an executive one.
16:10That's right.
16:11So, the first train that runs out
16:13must be subsidized.
16:14Okay.
16:15Because it is very affordable
16:16and the role of the government there
16:18is very extraordinary
16:19to provide subsidies.
16:20Then the economy train.
16:22This economy train is very interesting.
16:24It is much more attractive.
16:27Why?
16:28Because we have launched new trains
16:30for the economy train.
16:32In the past, there were 102 seats.
16:35It's a bit narrow.
16:36Now, this economy train
16:38only has 72 seats.
16:39Okay.
16:40It's the same as the executive service.
16:43Only the executive one is a bit more spacious
16:46for the legs.
16:48But right now,
16:49like Nataru yesterday,
16:51this economy train is in need.
16:53Because the services, seats,
16:55and others
16:56have improved a lot.
16:59So, the commercial economy
17:01has become a favorite train
17:02for passengers right now.
17:04Okay.
17:05So, which relationship
17:06is the most popular?
17:07Then what is the mitigation
17:09or what is done?
17:10Remember,
17:11in certain areas,
17:12the number is limited.
17:13Then the train preparation
17:15will be more in that relationship
17:17or not.
17:18We will discuss it again
17:19in the next segment.
17:20We will be back in a moment.
17:21And viewers,
17:22we will be back soon
17:23after this one story.
17:40Okay.
17:41Let's continue our discussion
17:42with Mrs. Anna Purba.
17:43She is the Vice President
17:44of Public Relations
17:45of PTKI Persero.
17:46Okay.
17:47Now, let's talk about
17:48the most popular relationship
17:49if we look at it
17:50from the last few years.
17:51Is this still a prima donna
17:53by the people
17:54who use the train
17:55during Eid?
17:57Yes.
17:58If we look at it,
18:00in POSCO,
18:02we set 22 days.
18:04For Eid transportation,
18:07it starts from March 21
18:09until April 11, 2025.
18:13There are top 5 stations
18:16that are very popular
18:17based on surveys
18:19and also based on
18:21ticket purchases at the moment.
18:24And we also projected
18:25compared to last year,
18:27the cement market
18:29will be the highest.
18:31Then later,
18:33the destination is like Jogja,
18:35Jogja will also be very high.
18:38Then the next one is
18:40Surabaya-Gubeng,
18:42then Baru-Bandung,
18:44and finally Semarang.
18:46So, Jogja is also
18:48surrounding Solo.
18:50So, the target
18:51that we see the most
18:53right now is
18:54Jogja-Solo cement market.
18:56This is the highest.
18:57Then,
18:58Surabaya-Gubeng cement market.
19:00Then, there is a movement
19:02from Jakarta to Bandung.
19:04Then also,
19:05from Bandung to Jogja-Solo
19:07is also quite high.
19:09And the last one is
19:10the destination is Semarang.
19:11These are the favorite areas
19:14because we also know
19:16that Jogja-Solo
19:17is currently a favorite destination
19:19both on weekends,
19:21long weekends, school holidays,
19:23Nataru, and also this Eid.
19:25So, there is an increase
19:27like what we did
19:29in previous years.
19:31Well, for the return,
19:33the return flow,
19:35the cement market is the main goal
19:37and there is also Gambir.
19:39And also, our prediction
19:41later, Jogja-Surabaya,
19:43Semarang-Surabaya will also
19:45do a lot of trips
19:48in the holidays
19:49of this year 2025.
19:51Okay.
19:52So, the mitigation steps
19:54of PTKI to anticipate
19:55the potential of
19:57a train accident
19:58as reflected from
19:59some previous incidents.
20:01What has been prepared?
20:03Remember, the frequency
20:04will be very high.
20:05Then, the movement activity
20:07of passengers is also
20:08extraordinary at this moment.
20:10Yes.
20:11So, if we look at
20:13the preparations,
20:14there is a RAM check.
20:16RAM check is
20:17checking all facilities
20:19in the service area
20:21or service area,
20:22especially related to
20:24minimum service.
20:25Minimum service standard
20:26at stations
20:27which of course
20:28will be related
20:29to safety.
20:30Then, we will also
20:32inspect the train.
20:34It means we go up and down
20:36in the rail,
20:38in the area that is predicted
20:40maybe there will be
20:41extreme weather
20:42and others
20:43so that we can
20:44mitigate earlier.
20:46It also cooperates
20:47with DGKA
20:48and also KNKT
20:49as usual
20:50and coordinates
20:51with the area
20:53area.
20:54So, later on the 25th
20:56until the 27th,
20:58we will conduct
21:00an inspection train
21:01from rail to rail,
21:02station to station,
21:03to the smallest station.
21:05There are two teams
21:06from the north
21:07and also from the south.
21:09Then,
21:10we will also make
21:12POSCO.
21:13POSCO for 22 days
21:15where central office
21:16staff
21:17will directly
21:18serve the public
21:20either at the station
21:22or our operation
21:23control center
21:25DIPO
21:26and also Balayasa.
21:28There will be
21:29POSCO
21:30in the areas
21:31that have been
21:32determined.
21:33Then,
21:34to anticipate
21:35the disturbance
21:36of this train,
21:37we have
21:38made
21:39a scheme
21:40that there is
21:41a disturbance
21:42and then
21:43for example
21:44there is
21:45no
21:46what is it
21:47called
21:48an extraordinary
21:49event.
21:50Okay.
21:51We also
21:52anticipate
21:53to prepare
21:54preventive measures
21:55in several
21:56locations
21:57that we have
21:58mapped
21:59for the
22:00location
22:01determination.
22:02Then,
22:03also the
22:04increase
22:05in safety
22:06and safety
22:07we coordinate
22:08with TNI
22:09Polri too
22:10related to
22:11our safety
22:12in
22:13doing
22:14this
22:15holiday trip
22:16because it
22:17is quite
22:18significant
22:19for people
22:20in a very
22:21short time.
22:22So,
22:23we also
22:24coordinate
22:25with the
22:26police
22:27and TNI
22:28too
22:29so that
22:30we can
