00:00A construction worker was arrested in Caloocan after he was caught with a gun that was probably government-issued.

00:07The man refused to give his statement and we have the first news, James Agustin.

00:16A construction worker was missing after he was caught with a gun in Barangay 176, Bagong Silang, Caloocan City.

00:23The 27-year-old male suspect was arrested while the police were carrying out anti-criminality operations.

00:30While we were patrolling the police station, a consular citizen approached us.

00:35He said that there was a man holding a gun and he seemed to be waiting for something.

00:42The gun was retrieved from the suspect and he was loaded with bullets.

00:46The investigation revealed that the gun was government-issued.

00:50We requested for a ballistic examination.

00:54If the gun belonged to someone, we are still waiting for the results.

01:00We want to know if the gun was possibly used in the incidents that took place.

01:07The police are still investigating if this is true.

01:10In the next two incidents of shooting in the city,

01:14Last night of Sunday, a man in Barangay 187 was shot in tandem.

01:20The 43-year-old victim was killed.

01:23In Barangay 178, a 33-year-old man was shot in his house at 2 p.m. on Monday.

01:31The four-year-old man, who drove a two-motorcycle, was captured by CCTV cameras.

01:36The possibility that there is a connection, we did not remove the camera angle.

01:42Until now, we are still investigating if the gun has a connection to those people.

01:46The suspect was jailed in Caloocan Police Substation 30.

01:50He was asked about his arrest.

01:54The suspect is facing a complaint of violation of the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act
