00:00The Abu Dhabi Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Committee has updated the procedures to enter
00:08Abu Dhabi from within the country, effective from Sunday, January 17, 2021.
00:15The committee approved allowing entry into the emirate within 48 hours of receiving a
00:19negative PCR or DPI result, instead of 72 hours.
00:25It also approved mandatory PCR tests on day 4 of entry for those staying for 4 days or
00:30more and on day 8 of entry for those staying for 8 days or more.
00:35The day of entry into Abu Dhabi is counted as day 1, even if you enter at night.
00:40The procedures apply to all UAE citizens and residents, including Abu Dhabi residents, except
00:45for those vaccinated as part of the National Vaccination Program and volunteers in the
00:51phase 3 vaccine clinical trials who have an active status, letter E or gold star on
00:57the Al-Husn app.
