Many drivers say private parking firms are too quick to issue fines. Should these companies be better regulated and have you or a family member ever had an unfair parking charge?

00:00Parking charges are verging on the punitive, and I guess all I can say about it is that it's working.
00:09I am being deterred from driving in cities, I start thinking about taking the train or the bus instead.

00:36But all the same, it was unfairly clamped, so I guess there are some unfairly getting parking fines, yes.
